What is the difference between Hosted and Self-hosted?
Same AnySaaS platform, different operator. Hosted means we run the platform for you as a typical SaaS — request access and we’ll set up your workspace in the EU or US region of your choice. Self-hosted means you deploy the same platform image on your own infrastructure and run it yourself.
Do you charge per user or per developer?
Neither. AnySaaS is priced as a flat platform fee per workspace. End-users of the apps you ship are always unlimited, and it does not matter whether five or fifty people are building apps in the workspace.
Is AnySaaS open source?
No. AnySaaS is a commercial platform. Self-hosted customers run the same Docker image we run in the cloud, but the platform itself is not open source. Your data and the apps you build are yours — exportable as standard Postgres at any time.
What is the free tier on Self-hosted?
A free tier is available so teams can try the platform on their own infrastructure before committing. Request access and we’ll share the current limits — they evolve as we understand how customers use it.
Why isn’t the price listed?
We’re in early access and finalising launch pricing with our first customers. It will always be a flat platform fee with unlimited users. Your onboarding call includes a firm quote.
How long does onboarding take?
We’ll contact you within 2 business days and typically have your workspace running within 5 days.
Where is my data stored?
Hosted: EU or US region of your choice, in our managed environment. Self-hosted: wherever you deploy it — your cloud account, your VPC, your on-prem hardware, air-gapped if you need it. Either way, your data plane and our billing plane never mix.
Can I bring my own AI model?
Yes. The AI layer is configurable per deployment — point the builder at OpenAI, Anthropic, a local model, or use ours. Self-hosted deployments can keep everything, including inference, inside your network.
Can I move between Hosted and Self-hosted later?
Yes. Your data lives in standard Postgres and can be exported at any time. Migrating from Hosted to Self-hosted (or the reverse) is a supported path — talk to us to plan it.
